Manage Billing

  • Purchasing is handled by Salesforce Checkout.

  • Checkout only support monthly billing paid by card.

  • In app you can change billing details, view and resend invoices.

Purchasing.

  1. Click on the Campaign Monitor Admin app.

    If you don't see the Campaign Monitor admin app then you need to ask your Salesforce administrator to provide you with our full permission set or complete the purchase process for you.

  2. Click on the Billing option, on this screen you will see your plans fee, please note this down.

  3. Click Upgrade Now and acknowledge the message you will be taken to Salesforce AppExchange and our premium listing.

  4. If you are already logged in a Buy Now button will appear on the page. If not please click Login on the top right hand corner, enter your Salesforce login details. Once logged in repeat step 3.

  5. Once you click Buy Now you will be taken through Salesforce Checkout purchase process. Towards the end you will be asked to select a plan (this is what you noted down as part of step 2). Please note plans will be updated automatically should you increase or decrease active subscribers in future months.

Purchasing is handled by Salesforce checkout. Beaufort 12 has no control over the purchase process.

Change card details.

You can change your card details within our Salesforce application by using the steps below.

  1. Click on the Campaign Monitor Admin app.

  2. Click on the Billing option.

  3. Click the Edit Payment Details button.

Change contact details.

The billing contact is the person who will receive our invoices by email on a monthly basis.  This can be changed within our Salesforce application by using the steps below.

  1. Click on the Campaign Monitor Admin app.

  2. Click on the Billing option.

  3. Click the Edit Billing Contact Details button.

Resending invoices.

To resend an invoice simply follow the steps below.  Once sent the invoice generally arrives by email within 5 minutes.

  1. Click on the Campaign Monitor Admin App.

  2. Click on the Billing option.

  3. You can click Resend next to any invoice.

Cancellation.

You can cancel at anytime you will just be charged for the month you are in.  The only way to cancel is to contact us.  Uninstalling the application, leaving Campaign Monitor or Salesforce will not cancel your subscription and you will still be liable for any charges incurred.
